AA Lotto Disclaimer
- Anglo American Lotto will act as your agent in the purchase on your behalf of entries for all Lotteries offered by Anglo American Lotto.
- Charges will be in accordance with the stated fees.
- It will be your responsibility to ensure that correct instructions are given to Anglo American Lotto to affect the purchase of tickets. Anglo American Lotto will accept no liability for any errors that may have occurred.
- Anglo American Lotto cannot be held liable for any lost or delayed transactions caused by the failure of any Lottery computers or for any other computer or communications fault that may occur in the transaction of this business.
- Late payment will result in no purchase of tickets being made for draw for which the late payment has been specified, but the monies and numbers will be used to effect purchase of tickets for the following draw.
- It will be the responsibility of you the purchaser to notify Anglo American Lotto of any winning combination upon which a claim is made within 90 days from the date for which the applicable winning draw was made. However AA Lotto shall check all tickets and notify any winner of the prize allocated to that lottery.
- Anglo American Lotto shall act as group manager in collection of prize monies. These monies shall be paid to you as soon possible after receiving the funds from whoever shall be the organising company for the Lottery at that time or from AA Lotto if playing and winning our game. AA Lotto as your agent shall receive 7.5% of any winning amount over $1,000, if you win less than $1,000 the amount shall be paid in full immediately to your AA Lotto account for your use. The 7.5% allows AA Lotto to keep our prices lower than our competitors and to provide you with the FREE syndicate ticket for every draw you play. Our lower cost allows you to be able to buy more tickets here than anywhere else, so we are willing to share the lottery risk with you. Our rationale as lottery players ourselves is that if you can buy one more ticket for the same price then that just might be the winning ticket! NOTE: The Lottery group will require several days to transfer winning funds that are of jackpot proportion and as such we have no control over this but guarantee to pay you, the player, when we receive the funds. Any winning amounts below jackpot proportions will be paid immediately in to your accounts.
- You may not purchase tickets or claim prize monies if under the age of 18.
- The ticket(s) is/are purchased for and on your behalf subject to the rules for on line games and the Lottery game procedures.
- Anglo American Lotto reserves the right to withdraw this service without prior notice.
- Anglo American Lotto reserves the right to change the price of its service without prior notice however Anglo American Lotto guarantees that any tickets paid for at the price on the site prior to any increase or decrease will be used to buy tickets at that price. I.e. AA Lotto will purchase you the tickets at the cost you paid for, only tickets purchased at the new prices will be subjected to the price change regardless of how many tickets or how far in the future your price at the time of purchase was.
- Anglo American Lotto guarantees to act in good faith on all business/tickets required for and on your behalf.
- ANY taxes levied by any countries GOVERNMENT receiving funds for the transfer of monies/winnings to the country selected by you; the winner will be solely at the responsibility of you, the winner.
- Anglo American Lotto (AAL) ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM FOR ANY TAXES LEVIED, THIS INCLUDES ANY CHANGES TO THE WAY THE UK LOTTO PAYOUTS ARE GOVERNED NOW AND IN THE FUTURE.
- Any transfer charges involved from the bank regarding the transfer of winnings will be solely at the winners (your) account and will be deducted by the bank at source from the funds, Anglo American Lotto have no control over bank charges.
